Refund Policy

Nothing matters more than client satisfaction. This work is rooted in capturing memories, moments, and spaces with true intention, so the goal is always to create an experience so thoughtful and collaborative that a refund never even needs to be a consideration.

From the start, we invest in building a clear, shared understanding of project scope, timeline, and deliverables. That way, expectations are aligned and the creative process can unfold with trust and ease. No project moves forward without a signed project brief.

That said, due to the custom and creative nature of film photography services and deliverables, all sales are final and non-refundable*. Once a project brief has been agreed upon and signed, the time and resources allocated to your project are committed in full.

If you ever have questions or concerns along the way, please reach out. I believe great work starts with open communication—and I’ll always do my best to ensure you're not just satisfied, but delighted.

By booking services or purchasing work through this site, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

*Film photography is a tactile art form, and its contents are stored on physical rolls of film. While extremely rare, in the event of a catastrophic error caused by the photographer or film lab resulting in physical damage to more than 50% of your project’s film, the full cost of your project—including your deposit—will be refunded. This does not include minor or stylistic imperfections synonymous with shooting on analog film, such as blur, light leaks, firsts-of-the-roll, or mechanical quirks that still result in a legible image. Please note: any non-recoverable costs already incurred—such as travel, lodging, or film stock—will be deducted from any final refund amount.
